UPC GB&I General Superintendent

Bishop Leroy Nathaniel Francis is the General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain & Ireland.


In March 2000, he was appointed as Pastor of Life Tabernacle UPC by Rev James Dallas. He has also served as the National Sunday School Director and the National Youth Director of Great Britain & Ireland. In March 2002, he was elected as the General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain & Ireland.

He currently sits on the Global Council and the Executive Global Council, the RRDC (Regional Research and Development Commission) for Europe and the Middle East and also the Compassion International Service committee.


UPC GB&I Northern District Superintendent

Bishop Robert Kelley is the current serving Superintendent of the Northern District. He also pastors New Life UPC in Glasgow, Scotland.


UPC GB&I Central District Superintendent

Bishop John Hemus is the current serving Superintendent of the Central District. He is also the pastor of the Apostolic Church in Liverpool since 2001 and Executive Board Director for Age UK.


UPC GB&I London & South District Superintendent

Bishop William Ellis is the current serving Superintendent of the London & South District. He also pastors Bethel Christian Ministries in Hammersmith, West London.


Missions Director

Reverend Mark Gadd is the current serving National Missions Director of the United Pentecostal Church of Ireland & Great Britain. He also pastors the Birmingham Lighthouse UPC church in Queensway, Birmingham.


General Secretary Treasurer

Reverend Sourieh Ramruttun is the current serving Secretary Treasurer of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain & Ireland.
